Shailesh Lodha sues Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah creators, show's task head says 'never denied or wouldn't give his installment'

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah creators had before excused Shailesh Lodha's case that they haven't cleared his duty.

Entertainer Shailesh Lodha, who assumed the nominal part of Taarak Mehta in the TV sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC), left the show in April 2022. Presently, the entertainer, in the wake of grumbling about neglected contribution, has prosecuted the matter.

As per most recent reports, Lodha has made a legitimate move against the producers of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah to get his forthcoming installment. As per a report in Hindustan Times,

Lodha had documented an objection against TMKOC maker Asit Modi in Spring for his neglected duty and had likewise sued his creation organization. Lodha had likewise contacted the Public Organization Regulation Court (NCLT) to sort the issue.

The consultation in this matter is scheduled to be held in May. Lodha would have rather not remarked on the issue and said, "The matter is subjudice and under court, so I'll not remark anything on this."

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Asit Modi too tried not to remark on this. In any case, the show's task head, Sohil Ramani, said, "There isn't a lot to say that hasn't been said before. Shailesh Lodha has been similar to a family in particular.

At the point when he left we regarded that. What's more, on various events through email and on phone we have mentioned him to come to the workplace to sign all necessary administrative work and take his excess numeration. We have never denied or wouldn't give his installment.

In each organization when individuals leave, they need to sign full and last papers before complete installment is delivered. Where could the issue be? Rather than going around and whining, isn't it better to follow the normal system just?"
